1. Agreement to Terms

By placing an order with Kryond Industrial Trade, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. B2B Scope

Our store serves only business customers. All transactions are considered business-to-business (B2B) and governed by applicable international commercial terms (Incoterms® 2020).

3. Order Acceptance

We reserve the right to accept or reject orders at our discretion. Quotation validity, lead times, and product availability may vary.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are in USD, excluding VAT and customs duties unless stated otherwise. Payment must be made in full before shipment unless otherwise agreed.

5. Product Use

Customers are responsible for verifying product compatibility and compliance with local regulations before purchase and use.

6. Limitation of Liability

Kryond Industrial Trade shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from product use, shipping delays, or regulatory issues.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR, without regard to conflict of law principles.

8. Refunds & Disputes

We honor all eligible refund requests under our Return Policy. In the event of a payment dispute or chargeback, we reserve the right to suspend the relevant account and investigate the matter thoroughly.

9. Account Security

Customers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account login credentials. We are not liable for unauthorized transactions due to compromised accounts.
