Shipping Policy

1.Shipping Regions
We ship internationally to most countries and regions. Some chemical products may be subject to shipping restrictions or require special documentation due to local regulations. If your location is not supported, our support team will notify you prior to order fulfillment.

2.Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days after payment confirmation. Customized or large-volume orders may require additional handling time, which will be communicated in advance.

3.Shipping Methods
We offer multiple shipping options including air freight, sea freight, and international couriers (e.g., DHL, FedEx, UPS, EMS). The shipping method will be selected based on the product type, order value, delivery urgency, and destination.
We do not guarantee a specific carrier in advance. Tracking numbers will be provided for all eligible shipments.

4.Estimated Delivery Time
Estimated transit times vary by shipping method and destination country:

  • Express Courier: 3–7 business days

  • Standard Air Freight: 7–15 business days

  • Sea Freight: 15–30 business days
    Please note that these are estimates and do not include processing or customs clearance time.

5.Import Duties & Taxes
All import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees are the responsibility of the buyer. We can assist in providing commercial invoices, HS codes, and regulatory documentation upon request.

6.Delivery Restrictions
We do not ship to PO Box addresses. A valid physical address is required for delivery. Some shipments may require a signature upon receipt.

7.Delivery Delays
While we strive to meet all stated delivery windows, Kryond Industrial Trade is not liable for delays caused by customs procedures, carrier issues, local import regulations, weather, or other force majeure events beyond our control.
