RETURN POLICY
We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products. Buyers are encouraged to contact us if they have any concerns about the product before placing an order.
Products must be returned in new, unused, and unopened condition, with all original packaging intact. Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery.
We do not accept returns for:

Products classified as hazardous materials (e.g., flammable, corrosive)

Customized or made-to-order items

Products that have been opened, used, or damaged after delivery
If you would like to request a return, please contact us at simon@kryond.com and provide your order number along with a brief explanation of the return reason. Our support team will guide you through the return process.
Please do not return any item without prior authorization.
RETURN SHIPPING
Returns are accepted by mail only. A free return label will be provided for qualifying returns within eligible regions.
Customers are required to download and print the return label provided by our support team.
For international returns, shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item is defective or incorrectly shipped.
REFUNDS
Once the returned product is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days.
We do not charge any restocking fee for returns.
💡 Note: If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us immediately with supporting photos. For all returns, the product must be securely packed to avoid damage during transit.
Depending on the payment method and the customer's bank, the refund may take additional time to appear on the statement. Most refunds via credit card or PayPal will appear within 3–10 business days after issuance.
