🧾 Return & Refund Policy (B2B Version – General Returns Accepted)

Return Policy

We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products. Buyers are encouraged to contact us if they have any concerns about the product before placing an order.

Products must be returned in new and unused condition, with all original packaging intact. Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery.

If you would like to request a return, please contact us at simon@kryond.com and provide your order number along with a brief explanation of the return reason. Our support team will guide you through the return process.


Return Shipping

Returns are accepted by mail only. A free return label will be provided for qualifying returns. Customers are required to download and print the return label provided by our support team.
Please do not return any item without prior authorization.


Refunds

Once the returned product is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days.
We do not charge any restocking fee for returns.


💡 Note: If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us immediately with supporting photos. For all returns, the product must be securely packed to avoid damage during transit.
